Thai Beef Salad

Today's breakfast is my favorite Thai Beef Salad. This slices of beef are paired with cucumber and tomato. Tossed in spicy, sweet, tangy and salty dressing made from lime, fish sauce, red chili pepper and sugar.



 Recipe:
500g steak, can use sirloin or striploin

Dressing:
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp grated ginger
1 clove garlic
3 to 4 tomato, halved
1 cucumber
2 red chili pepper thinly sliced
1/2 cup of coriander roughly chopped
1/2 cup of mint leaves roughly chopped
1/2 cup of sweet basil roughly chopped

*Combine all the dressing on a bowl until sugar is dissolve. Adjust the fish sauce or lime juice depends on your preference.
* Heat the skillet put on the steak cook 2-3 minutes on each side
* Let steak cool down for 5 minutes, slice, combine the dressing and other ingredients and Enjoy. :)
