Spicy Crab with Coconut Milk

Can't wait to eat these little crabbies for dinner tonight. I cooked it with coconut milk and peppers.
 Recipe:

3 lbs crabs
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp garlic minced
1 onion minced
1 knob ginger cut into strips
3 tbsp cooking oil
6 cups of coconut milk
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 cup of spinach
3 pcs green pepper

Saute the garlic, onion, ginger. Add the ground pepper and coconut milk then bring to boil. Add the crabs into the pot mix until evenly covered with coconut milk. Simmer for 5-20 minutes. Add the spinach and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve hot an best with plain rice.
