Valentines Day 2014

I hope everyone had a nice Valentines Day. Ryan and I don't like crowd and traffic so we moved our dinner date on Saturday instead.

He got a table reservation at Elbert's Steak Room, same place where we had our Valentines date last year. We love this place a lot. Best steak in town especially their porterhouse.❤️

My one and only Valentine. 6 years and counting...

I was feeling a bit sad this week so i headed to Paul Smith and got these babies.
They are just too cute and comfortable. They would be my new favorite travel buddies for sure.

A Sad Day

Ryan and I went to Handlebar to watch Super Bowl but Denver Broncos, the team that we were rooting for lost to Seattle Seahawks. :(

What's even more sad was while we were watching the game I received a text message from my sister that her mom inlaw just died. She just lost a battle with cancer. :(:(

I'm still in shock and not very good at putting words together at the moment. I just know she was the best. She was the best mom to everyone even to Khenzie. She may not be my biological mother but she treated my son as if her own grandchild. 

We will miss her so much. I hope she is happy now wherever she is.
